Ralph honorably served as a United States naval officer and is devoted to developing our youth as future leaders who make a positive impact on society. Having received his pilots license from the Lincoln Aviation Institute, one of his favorite hobbies is flying planes.

Linda Moye serves her clients as a mediator, consultant, and training professional. She began her alternative dispute resolution career as a volunteer Mediator with the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center, where between 1989 and 1999 she mediated over 100 cases, including breach of contract, family disputes and child abuse and neglect cases. During her two and a half years of outstanding performance, Linda Moye influenced the style and approach managers had when dealing with employee performance and conduct problems. She developed a uniquely cooperative working relationship with union officials and agency leadership that quickly afforded her both insight and access to information needed to commendably perform her responsibilities. Working together, the agency successfully resolved complicated and highly sensitive cases, earning her a quality step increase and other performance recognitions. Ms. Moye holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in psychology from Virginia State University and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law. She is a member of the Texas Association of Mediators.
